Becoming a Junior Officer

I was just curious if there's a procedure for obtaining one of the Junior Officer (seats 6 to 20 I believe?)

same situation as getting captain, you fight for it. Some seats would be a lot easier than others, obviously. Might be able to just place in with admin permission. PM Abumi with what seat you want.

I don't think you fight for captain. Only I think you fight for it is squad 11. XD

I thought in canon the concept was that anyone could challenge the Captain for his position, much like you might challenge an Espada. Just nobody does really, because they are so powerful, and their squads are very loyal to them for the most part.

You could also take a class and become one. Few other ways too. From cannon, Kenny did it with ease with fighting. It mention no where no one wasn't loyal to him once he did. Most likely it was just a new change and wasn't happy about. Then just move on after a week. When i mention to fight for it on squad 11, I think it the only squad it has ever done? Not sure on that part.

You can go ahead and add in any seat from 9+. 3-9 just pm me and there will be a mini test for you. To become captain pm me so you can take captains exam, you get to fight with a random captain and for div 11 you have to challenge it's captain and kill them.
