Name: What is the name of your custom? What it it called.
Type: What is it exactly? This should define it in terms of race as well as in general. (Ex. Fullbring, Hollow Power, Kido Spell [Hado], Ginto Spell, etc)
Strength: What level of strength is the custom. Is there a range of strength? (Ex. Feeble - Insane)
Description: A full and in-depth description of what your custom is, including what it does, how it does it, and appropriate limits, such as usages and range.
Drawback: Are there any negatives to this custom? This section is not required, but it is strongly suggested.
Use Conditions: What is needed to activate or use your custom? If it requires an incantation or release phrase that should be included here.
Restrictions: Is this custom public or private, what race(s) can use it?
