Overview
Organization-E is a global group that protects normal people and the government best interest against the supernatural. They have been around for a long time to the point its history of original is fuzzy. It is widely believed they were founded by a lost religion. However, now it being funded by both the government and almost every major religion in the world. While they appear to be nuns or priest, this is just to satisfy their sponsors. Normally, they keep their distance from Quincy, and Shinigami's. However, there are times when their self-interest conflict with one another and when they share a common interest.
Duties of Organization-E
Protection: Protection is a bit spread out. With that said, their number one duty is protecting citizen's lives from all super natural things. This can range from Hollows, Shinigami, and even other humans with super natural powers. However, their job in protection from over the years has spread out. Due to be funded by the government, they sometimes go out and protect whatever their interest. There are times when this job simple bodyguard duty or whatever is requested. Because churches all over the world fund them as well, often their job is performing a duty for them. Often their job is similar to that of government require of them.
Expelling: Often, hollows are causing trouble in way or form. This could be just harassing the living, haunting a building or just killing mindlessly. However, unless the threat level requires them to destroy, it is rare for them to destroy a spirit. There are times when they speak to the spirits to help them move on to the next world. They can create a blessing that will create a spirit barrier to repel low-level spirits and hollows away from an area or building.
Obey: Each member require to obey commanding officer that place a rank above them. Because everyone is place into a team, they often create some sort of bond between one another. Sometimes, those bonds are stronger than blood-related family members. Disobeying an order is greatly frown upon, however they're also aware situation arises where an order cannot be obey. If someone disobeys an order, an investigation is made to see what happen.
Base of Operation
Each of their bases are all over the world and in the form of a large church. Depending on the area, the country, and the primary religion of the area will depend how they do their business. Obviously, there is one in Karakura Town in a form of a large church. Unlike Quincies, Organization-E is not hidden. They are out in the open and even advertise where you can find them so they may help others and deal with the supernatural.
Uniform
In Karakura town, depending on your gender is what your outfit will look like. Males will dress in all black to that of a priest with a cross-branded on their gloves. Woman will dress to that of nuns with a cross on their gloves.
Ranks
Priest/Nun - This is your standard exorcist. They work in three-man cell. They are the lowest ranking members of the organization and the most common. They do not have the authority to kill, only expel.
Ordinaries- Higher-ranking exorcist that works in two-man cell. They have the authority to kill when they feel the target is that much of a threat and able to command anyone below their rank.
Bishop - The highest ranking exorcist that has full freedom. They rarely work in teams and able to command anyone below them. They have full freedom to be uniform or not. They have full authority to kill anyone or anything if they deem the target is that big of a threat, including things from the world of the living.
Restrictions
Everyone must start out at the lowest ranking member of the organization (though staff may allow someone to start higher). To rank up normally will depend how your rp'ing and making a request. You must be a Quincy or advert.
